Canada and New England are world famous for their wild blueberries and sugar maple forests. It was only natural that these two wonderful flavours come together. The wild blueberries are very small but their flavour is intense and very fruity. Quebec and New England maple syrup on the other hand is sweet aromatic with caramel notes tending to a slight hint of smoke.
